Lavish is the newest 100% residential sim of Ecstasy Realty. 100% residential means that no malls, clubs, or businesses of any kind can be operated on the sim. The lag, therefore, is non-existent. "Eyesores" are also prohibited, as are ban-lines.
On this rental sim, you are able to design and build your own residence. You are also able to do your own terraforming. Build your own beach, your own lake or pond, your own bay, your own forest.
As always, please go to your View menu and click on Property Lines and Land Owners to see the available orange parcels. You then right click on the ground and click About Land to see the rental details. Rates are L$3700 per 2048 square meters per month.
