For rent! half the island is 7500 prims for 45,000 lindens or rent 1/4 of the island which is 3250 prims and the cost is $22,500 lindens per month. Rent would be due on the 1st of the month. You would have control over your part of the island and it would be private separated from my side by water and you would have full control over the parcel etc. Or if you are another business owner and wanted to run a mall we could incorporate a more commercial theme. I am very flexible on ideas. It would just be a flat island for you to make commercial residential whatever you prefer! If you have any questions let me know thanks again!
