Instructions : How to rent a whole sim ? please right click the land chose "buy" land from the menu. for groups right click the land chose "about land" buy for group. the land can be deeded, divided afterwards if you are not sure about setting an entire group to an sim yet. teleport to the rental area on Euphoria Island I and pay the terminal that's belong your island. done. After Payment received we'll add you and your partner to the Estate. Don't hesitate to contact us with your Questions.
Please note : the last couple days showed us that fraud is very welcome in SL and therefore we're disabling the option to re rent and/or resell land on Euphoria Estates. All Islands are belong to Euphoria Estates which means you can not build your own Rental or Land Sale Agency charging 70% more then you pay us. We're in land business since 2005 and to protect our Renters we and only us are in charge of the Land. If you ignore this we'll reclaim the land without any refund. be sure you are serious about your rent and your plans. thanks.
