If you have a full island sim that is not attached to any other sim, I'm looking to rent. I don't want or need to buy land; I'm happy to let you just sit back and earn money off me. No more scrambling to rent out all your parcels; just rent the whole thing to me for the foreseeable future.

I'm the ideal tenant because I rent long term and always pay on time. As a result, I get good deals on land rentals. Tier on a sim is currently US$295, or a bit under L$80k (cashing out), per month. I pay only in Lindens and am willing to pay somewhere in the range of $80 - 95k per month. The best offer will balance low cost for me with reasonable assurance that you have a good history as a landlord. Please provide references if you have some.
