Its a small but very nice plot. Its on linden road AND the next sim is linden land too... so two protected sides.

Rent is only 950L/month (and if you want it for a year thats only 11 months)

Of course you will get all rights like music/banlist/terraform etc.

No covenant, so use it any way you see fit.

Oh... and its in LUNARIS (236,248)

Currently rented but free in a week.
