I have a 4098 sqm plot with 937 prims/each for sale on Grand Cayman. The plot is 10.000L$ and 1762L$ tier per week. Sim is class 4 and the plot is a waterfront parcel with protected view and usually cost 20.000L$ and more.
Tiers can be bayed via paypal, CC or in-world with L$ on the tier terminals.
