Unruyuu no Jyuukyo was designed for the Geisha or Maiko who wishes to operate outside of an Okiya or who does not have any such affiliation. However, anyone may enjoy this home. This skyhome provides privacy through a security system, and is fully furnished for entertaining. You may elect to return any furnishings you do not desire and use your own.
We are a new resident, alternative life style and furry friendly environment.
Rental: L$750 per week for 173 prims (130 currently used in furnishings), leaving you with 43 prims if you retain all funiture and decor. 375 prims used in this entire creation.

Ban & eject powers will be extended to you should you require them. You may also add your friends to the Samantha Glume Enterprises group so that they may enjoy the same benefits and amenities as yourself. Change the audio channel as well.

+ An Asian dinner table for 2 with numerous decor options, menu options and chat sits,
+ Netsui Kigyo's low and tall (fish) bamboo shibari (rope bondage) frames [please note that to use these frames, you must purchase your own modifiable rope harness and cuffs for 450L],
+ A fan dance animation and two guest seats (more can be added upon request),
+ A couple build areas (one on the SGE Space Station, and one on Dimitrios),
+ Use of the Community Centre for events (book the room with Lucrezia Lamont),
+ Space ships for touring (on top of the Community Centre and in the hangar of the SGE Space Station), and
+ Living within 1.3 sims of natural beauty with a large Japanese themed area including a neko shinto shrine, koi pond and more.
