I am offering for sale a rare grandfathered full sim. Grandfathered sims are charged at the old price of US$195 per month, instead of US$295 like new sims. The sim will be transfered to you, rather than you being merely an estate manager.
This sim is a class 4, rather than the current class 5, however you are unlikely to notice the difference. This is a full sim, not a homestead. The sim has no sitting tenants and has been cleared.
Tier is payable on the 28th of each month, giving you a full months use before it is due. I will pay the US$100 transfer fee.
