I'm looking to buy(transfer) between three & five 15,000 prim class 5 sims if anybody can help. The sims can come with or without residents. I'm used to taking over sims with residents & I can guarentee they will be looked after by us. Of course I do not expect to collect any tier monies from residents until the transfer is complete. If the sims are empty I would like to have Estate Manager Rights straight away if possible.
I will be prepared to pay between 1,200-2,000 USD(including transfer fees) depending on how many & the due dates. Personally I think payment through the LL ticketing system is the safest bet.
