Urbana Spes (sort of Latin for City of Hope) is the northern end of a four island north south archipelago owned by Estate of Mindes. It has protected ocean views to the the east, north, and west. It is available for 75000L$ without resell rights or 275000L$ with resell rights. The tier is 3400L$ per day paid into a Hippo Rental Box. You get Estate Manager rights for you and a named deputy. The covenant is minimal and there is no rental agreement, everything is in the covenant. The covenant that applies is the one under About Land, the one dispensed by the rental box may not always be up to date. The island is available to purchase now, but there are tenants present until 30th June. You must not return their objects before 1st July, or you will incur a 90000L$ fine or have your land reclaimed without refund (the additional 200000L$ for resell rights would be refunded).
