I am selling a 16k sqm Island on a residental private sim. The Sim is called Deli. The ISLand is isolated, very beautiful, big, pieceful and low lag. It supports 3746 prims. Tier fees can be paid also in Lindens and are around 24k L$ a month, which is quite low for an island of that size. You dont need to have a premium account to own that island, basic membership is sufficient.
PRICE for PURCHASE is 150k L$.
Currently I have a huge 8k sqm mansion on that island, which is worth 10 k L$, but i will give it away for free to the new owner of the island.
