Important Change in Land Covenants for Outer Space sim, Galactica

Up until this point, I've been insistent that all parcel lessees in Galactica have builds that are space-themed. I'm now changing that part of the covenants.

If you do NOT have a space-themed build, you are welcome to lease on the GROUND of Galactica sim. However, 100% of structures at the 450 meter level and above MUST be outer-space themed. This is a compromise, imho.

Please remember that I do not allow resales or subleasing. People that want to take a space parcel can "trade" with someone who is willing to have a non-space parcel and then notify me of the trade. I do not envision a shortage of parcels for a while, but one day there will be a shortage, and at that time you may take a non-outer space parcel.

For all other questions, please see the Land Covenants on the sim. Galactica is the finest outer space sim in SL and a treat to behold. When you visit, you really need a flight aid to climb up to 500 meters to enjoy the view.
