i am selling my much loved land - DIRT CHEAP L$45.000 ono

the land is on Agrippa (95.198.21 or there abouts) and size is 8704sqm ($40 tier to pay to lindens and paid membership)

i can leave most of the build there if you want...(but because of 'no transfer objects' if you remove it, it will return to me) drop me a notecard before purchase if you want items left....land is set to sale to anyone at the moment...so be quick!!!

the land is in the corner of agrippa, a quiet sim which i have lived happily with my husband and partner for the past 2 or something years...the surrounding sims are quiet also and it is mostly residential though there is some night life...

it is a beautiful piece of land and i will do my best to help you furnish it if you so choose (i have a vast expensive inventory and good taste!)

it is half beach/half sea.
