We have marketstalls available, and land available for your own store. Plot sizes are negotiable in size.
We have a basic theme, and you would be asked to keep to the overall themed taste of the sim for any building you erect.
You won't see the plots, or the land for sale, but come to the sim and look around, and if you see a spot you like, IM Lindz Sivercloud, Laura Eun, or Falco Zuta, and we can try to accomodate your needs.
Rental is L$1850/wk, for a 4096sqm,937 prims plot, or equivalent for any other size we agree.
