(but we bought our sims from some of them as they sold out in firesales).
We're not trying to make our millions of USD RL by becoming land barons in SL.
We are a small community of 8 sims, run by residents, and the managers are always around, and live on the sims themselves. We simply have an objective to provide a pleasant environment for an Adult community in SL.
If you think "small is beautiful", and prefer an estaet owner who is always aorund and about the sims, then come take a look, talk to our current residents, visit the mall.
Just search for CRAIGIE on the map, most of our sims are connected to this central sim.
