(Nonna Hedges, owner of Details, is owner of the other half of Picasso). This is an interesting mainland sim with a white sand texture that is bordered by a dedicated Linden-owned water sim, and surrounded on all other sides by a narrow water channel. It can be terraformed into a land sim, or into a water sim, as it is currently, in its Venice-like form. This is a great opportunity for a water-themed business, or someone who just wants to build a beautiful home with a huge ocean in front in which to boat/jet-ski/play. It is also an amazing opportunity for a business, since it is adjacent to Nonna Hedge's Details store, which brings great traffic.
Renter will have land management rights within a broad scope that would respect Nonna's business and her half of the sim. Renter can choose whether or not to use existing buildings/structures on the land.
Other details are negotiable in discussions, but as there will be a lot of interest, the rent will generally be much higher than other half mainland sims because of the uniqueness of the land, its location, and the Details store trafficked property to which it is adjacent.
PLEASE NOTE: I am absolutely, definitely, for sure, no doubt NOT interested in selling this land, or in negotiating a rent-to-own agreement. This is a rental-only situation.

** I am also renting out a full private island Class 4 sim, Cappiello. It can be seen from Lalique, to which it is currently connected. Upon rental, the sim will remain in its current location, but will no longer be connected to Lalique, making it truly a private sim, with no neighbors. Renter will sign a 6 mo (or more) rental agreement, with full land management rights, and the option to change the sim name upon payment of the fee for such. The rental price is negotiable, but will go no lower than $200 USD/mo or equivalent $L per month. Other aspects of rental agreement can be discussed. Important note: I am not interested in selling this island, or in a rent-to-own agreement at this time.
