Due to some necessary re-arrangements within our Estate, we are are selling

# a few Homestead regions -- either single or as a "3pack" (all on Class 5; payment date 17th, Will provide details, in case you are interested). Each of these region comes with 65,536 sqm and a capacity of 3750 prims

The sale process will be handled through the Linden Lab support system (ticket) and the payment has to come in US$ or L$. In the process of the transfer of ownership you can chose a new location and a new name for the region. This is a full transfer. After the transfer you will have full Estate ownership rights. Transfer costs will be covered by the seller.

Price is negotiable but the deal won't go through for significantly less than market value, which I consider 550 +/- "something" for a 3pack depending on payment date. Single Homesteads will go for 200+ depending on payment date.
