1/4 to 1/2 sim for rent. Sim is Lo Lo. My store Caroline's Jewelry is on half of the sim. RadioRadio DJ's are frequently djing from the sim with dancing. No clubs allowed, no shopping centers, etc.. see covenants for more. I like to keep this low lag.
Preferably a designer, but you are welcome to set up a home.
