The sim owner doesn't charge more tier than they pay, it's exactly what you'd pay for this land through LL, so it's great for a long term investment, to save you money when every other sim owner is charging more on the tier for more profit. Grass land, full ownership rights, laid back covenant, commercial/residential/whatever, great neighbors, good traffic area! No premium membership needed, you can pay the tier in either Lindens or via PayPal! Great find, won't last, priced to sell quick! When you land on the platform at the yard sale, take the teleporter down to the ground to check it out! :D
