Estate of Mind have changed all their pricing to daily rates, so now the offer of one ninth of a sim (various sizes in the 7k range) and 800 prims has been reduced. Instead of having to pay 2500L$ for a week you now pay 350L$ per day, so why not try your hand for a day with land editing. If you want to stay you can pay for up to 150 days in advance.
This is for bilding on the seabed or the ground/mountains, it is not for building sky platforms as there is a sim-wide city at 300m.
