At Nev3rmore Industries, I rent out both large and small plots to fit your needs, with good prices, and great service.
I provide all sorts of help, friendly service, and security to defend you from trouble. Some of the services I provide include help building and designing your own home, setting up your land, Terra-forming, landscaping, and setting up your land media. I do request that you keep parcel borders off as they are distasteful to the look of the sim and take away from it's look, but for a tiny fee I can set you up with a security ball that works in your home. I also allow sky-boxes, underground setups, and certain mega-prim usage to conserve prims.
On my sim I provide a slight prim bonus, so you get more prims on my sim than you would on other homes, I carry over the extra prims on my other real-estate.
