The Parcel is split at the Moment in 2x 4096 but can be undivided any time. Prize dropped drasticly for both parcels in the last few month since it has to go.
If you visit dont mind the stuff there. Its just for testing purposes.
To visit the location you can use the Atlantian Stargate System by using /d Mooloruem or you teleport directly to Mooloruem (221, 201, 44)
Prices for land are neogateable.
