I am only looking to sale this sim to someone that is interested in keeping the residents that come with it. I am willing to help that person with the new sim and the residents if they are new to land ownership. I have great residents and only want the best for them.
I am too busy in RL to be able to dedicate enough time to the sim.
The sim is Niko. It is pretty full and tier from the residents nearly covers tier right now and there is space available to rent or sale.
