hi, i've held this prime real estate for quite some time with the intent of doing something creative with it, but given rl issues i just don't have the time. i'm not in a hurry to sell, and this is perhaps some of the best land one can find isl, so it's priced accordingly. that said, i'm very flexible and reasonable, and as such open to negotiation. i also might entertain a proposal for some kind of rental arrangement. anyway, take a look (Horowitz 173,201,24) and contact me if you might be interested :) also, notice that right next to the land is a sim owned by linden labs that will not go up for sale, which means that not only is the waterfront view protected, but the land next door will remain open as well!
