Why deal with the higher price of open sims when you can own a full prim sim and pay only 295.00 a month for 15,000 prim. I am asking 800 for this SIM but I will consider all reasonable offers. Tier is not due to Linden until the 22nd of November. You do not have to move the SIM unless you want to and Linden gives you the opportunity to rename and such at time of transfer. The SIM has several rental homes on it now but I dont know how many will stay once I leave. I just dont have the time to maintain it anymore and want to do other things. This place has lots of potential as we have owned a club there and it had lots of traffic. There are also shops there and such. Most of the houses and buildings are no transfer but you are willing to keep them and use them for rentals or whatever. I am also willing to add even more houses or whatever on there for you as a own a ton of them.
I am also willing to break the amount up into three payments to anyone who pays asking price---you would just pay the 295.00 plus a third of the price each month until paid for.
I may also be willing to rent the SIM out for the right price.
