Yea... another island for sale. But seriously you need to check this out. When I bought these islands I spent days.. weeks.. looking for land. The minute I found this SIM I knew I was home... and I have no doubt you will too!

This is NOT your every day boring square island where you have to see your neighbors homes on all sides. These islands are separated, affording privacy, prims, and access to water on all sides (of the islands AND the SIM)

I have two plots of land for sale on a low lag private SIM. 2048 sq. m. each with 936 prims each! (DOUBLE PRIMS!)

SIM is boardered by open water SIMS allowing for access to a lot of water. Reputable estate owner. Great ocean views! These plots do not border your neighbor like most. Lots of private area in this SIM make it a perfect SL home.

(second island can be moved if you wish even more privacy. I had them brought together by the estate owner who can slide the island as necessary. Terraforming also allowed!)
