I own four residential rental sims, and currently have several parcels available to rent. All my sims are zoned residential only, no businesses allowed. Rent is due the 1st of each month, first month will be prorated based on your move in date just like in RL. There is no down payment or purchase price like some people charge, here you only pay your rent, and can pay in either lindens or with paypal.
