I currently have several full regions available:
Galt - Class 5, full sim, 15000 prims. 121500L/month
Conway 1, Conway 4 - Low Prim, Beach islands. Buffered so no neighbors building right next to you. 31050L/month
Dagny NE - Low Prim, mountain terrain with buffers. 31050L/month
Low prim sims come with around 30k of buildable land and 1870 prims, the rest is devoted to buffer space for sailing, swimming, recreation. In all cases you will be the only tenant on the entire region.
To find these regions, just hit Ctrl-M, then type the region name, like "Galt", and hit enter a few times.
