Each parcel it is open for rent has 3746 Pirms and you get full control of the land. as a added plus to it all if you rent 1/4 of the sim you can pay for a estate management slot (Rules and Guidelines follow) for 1500L/Month per person but if you rent more than 1/2 of the sim you get a free slot, but extras will cost 1500L/month.
this sim isn't connected to any other sims, its independent island, so you have a Great view to work with.
