You don't need a premium account to buy a land here.
** RULES **
- All activities are accepted as long as you respect the Linden Lab TOS and your neighbors.
- SLTV Edora is a Mature rated island.
- You can sell or rent your land at any price you want.
- You can join, divide and terraform your land.
- You can build skyboxes.
- DON'T use scripts that create lag or mega prims. They reduced the performance of the sim.
** PRICES **
Land sell by estate owner: 6.8L$/sqm
Tier fees : 0.40 L$/sqm/week (cheaper than the mainland !)

4096 m2 : 937 prims - 27852 L$ - 1638 L$/week
2048 m2 : 468 prims - 13926 L$ - 819 L$/week
1024 m2 : 234 prims - 6963 L$ - 410 L$/week
512 m2 : 117 prims - 3481 L$ - 205 L$/week
** HOW TO BUY A LAND ? **
- Just stand on the land you want to buy and pay the price.
- The land is yours, now you have to pay the tiers fees. Just go here: http://slurl.com/secondlife/SLTV%20Edora/253/104/21
- That's where you have to pay the tier fees. Pay the terminal that stand on your land (on the map), right-click --> PAY (you can pay for 1, 2, 4 or 8 weeks).
- Repeat this step in order to pay again before the end of time.
** If the tier fees are not paid for more than 24h, we'll take back the land and you'll loose your money. So be careful if you take vacations, pay few weeks by advance.
