I have a CLASS 5 SERVER themed sim for sale.
With over 28.672 sqm of rented land, 4 stores and one of the most well known clubs in the SL electronic music scene, Spectacle Island has grown in the last 8 months so that its average income now ranges from 32000 L$ to 85000 L$ per month (depending by rentals, club tips, store revenues and donations).
Unfortunately, due to RL commitments, I cannot take care of it anymore.
Overall sim price is 150.000 L$ (paypal accepted) with all builds on it or 100.000 L$ for bare land but I am willing to consider different offers from people interested in the continuation of the project and/or willing to keep my residency (and free advice) on the sim for for 6 free months after the deal.

I already received many offers asking me about the transaction fee (the 100U$ the Lindens take to complete the transaction) so I'd like to state once and for all that it is *NOT* included in the bare land offer but we may split it in half should you decide for the "as is" offer.
