This is for the sale of a full sim (15,000 Prims, 65536 sq. meters). The sim is named "Avilion Hinterlands", and is a grandfathered class 4 sim, meaning tier cost is $195 USD per month.
The tier date is on the 13th of every month, meaning next tier date would be 2/13/09.
We are selling the Avilion Hinterlands sim in two different ways, both are for full transfer of the sim.

Method One:
========
The sim is sold completely empty and flat. The build is not included.
We are asking $1,300 USD for the sim in this method. We will pay the $100 USD transfer fee (which includes both the rename and relocation of the sim).
We ask only two things: (1. That the sim is moved away from where it is currently, and (2. The buyer renames the sim and doesn't include the name "Avilion" in the rename.
Transfer of the sim will go through the ticket system as usual.

Method Two:
========
The sim is sold with the build and everything upon the sim as included. This means the Camelot Castle, maze, hidden cave, temple, and more will be included in the sale as well as the terraform itself.
We will sell all items we are able to transfer to the buyer (there are only a few things which we cannot, such as the trees and statues). A list of things we can't transfer can be provided upon request.
We are asking $2,000 USD for the sim and the build included with the transfer. Again, we will pay for the $100 USD transfer fee (which includes the sim rename and the relocation of the sim).
We ask only two things: (1. That the sim is moved away from where it is currently, and (2. The buyer renames the sim and doesn't include the name "Avilion" in the rename.
Transfer of the sim will go through the ticket system as usual, and we will arrange for a time to transfer all content of the sim after the actual transfer is fully completed. This will likely take some time as we will be selling all items that are transferable to the buyer, so please plan for at least a day after the transfer is complete to do so.
