The land on these three plots is incredibly terraformable: you can make the entire plot above water, below, or anything in between! This means that you can sculpt an island or peninsula any size or shape you want! I am selling most of my land in this sim to buy a private estate to expand my store.
Your neighbors are important, and in Chopsaw, you have respectful one with nice builds. One of the new residents has a tropical residential build, while two others have tiki/island builds planned. My store is in this sim, and will be for a while: it is light-commercial, and sells trees (which makes it more scenic) and has an unobtrusive build. One of the residents who just purchased have parcel borders up, but they are temporary to build. Also, this sim is 7 months old and the area is well established, so you won't have any surprises.
Land is PG, and class 5. One 4096 is for sale for L$61440, a 2048 meter is for sale for L$30720, and a 3216 meter is for sale for L$48240.
