FREE BUSINESS LISTINGS ON OUR WEBSITE
We have just launched our business listing scheme whereby every resident on our commerce and commercial sims can submit their business information to us for inclusion on our website. Your business will have its own page on our website, where you can capitalise on the high traffic we receive at no cost to yourself. In addition, one listed business is featured on the blog with an extensive write up each week, increasing exposure.
DOUBLE PRIM ROADSIDE LOCATIONS
All our business sims allocate a double prim allowance to each parcel. This means there are fewer parcels per sim, giving us space for roads and palm tree lined sidewalks to give the sims a real business district feel. The double prim allowance often proves popular! Just to give you an example of what this means, a 1024sqm parcel has 468 prims!
ROUND THE CLOCK SERVICE
Let's face it, when it comes to business land, the sim owners and estate managers can be your number one resource or your worst enemy! Businesses need reliable sims. Business owners need to be able to get in touch with estate managers if something goes wrong, for example they need a sim restart or there's griefing problems. When you can't get hold of an estate manager, this can be a nightmare and for every minute you wait, that's a minute out of action and where you cannot provide for your own customers. As such, all Cove Islands residents can request assistance from one of our support reps either directly by IM or in the resident group channel. In additon, if you are unable to get into game, we provide out of game support by email.
FACILITIES
Our residents have access to a number of facilities, the most popular of which is certainly the full prim sim grass covered sandbox with building rights for resident group members only. As well as this, on the first Sunday of each month we hold a yard sale open to the public, at which our residents can lay out their items for sale at no cost to themselves. This is great for clearing out your inventory and also having your items seen by the public! The yard sale is well advertised and has proven to be incredibly successful in the time we have been running it.
FLEXIBLE TIER PAYMENT
Some people like to pay monthly, some like to pay weekly. Some like to pay months in advance, some prefer to pay a few days at a time. We allow for this by having a flexible tier system. There is a tier terminal located at the edge of each parcel. The terminal allows you to pay as much or as little at a time as you wish and simply left clicking on it tells you how much time you have left. No need to pay on a set date or pay a set amount!
Makani Cove has been open for sale for almost a week now and the first businesses are getting settled in well.
