WANTED: Class 4 Sim Full Transfer

Looking to purchase a Class 4 Island Estate Sim, with full transfer of ownership to me. May consider Class 5 or multiple sim purchase given appropriate negotiations. Please note: I'm looking for FULL transfer (ie tier payable to Linden direct, and not sub-leasing from a third party).
