It was a very fast sell so i decide to set 4 more ( yess, 4!) parcels under 40000L$ in NAUTILUS ( from 36000 to 39000L$) . And another nice class 5 lot in Putnam , protected by a linden road on south at under 10L$/sqm, flat and terraformable, you can have some ocean on north.
