Looking for an open space sim.
TCH Estates has two types of open space sims available:
Type 1:
Estate Connected. Your open space will be connected to a group of our sims which offers a wide range of activities and a huge amount of water for you to enjoy sailing, surfing, scuba diving, and much much more on. ESTATE RULES APPLY!
Type 2:
Isolated Sim. You will be placed on a open space in smack dab in the middle of the ocean with absolutely nothing around you and no sims connected to you. YOU GET THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS ON THIS TYPE OF SIM:

Resale Rights - YES YOU CAN TRANSFER TO SOMEONE ELSE
