I just setup a new sim ocean side beach and waves , Mature sim , i will allow clubs , shops, stores , homes , skyboxes , if i like your ideas ill rent space cheap for sl projects ,
also sl mentors and mentor groups , sl helpers etc ,, and yes i am a mentor as well

Parcels for rent : Any of the following can be made weekly
4 x 4096 beach / water side with new smart waves , palm tree's = 10240 L monthly 1287 = Prim , can custom make parcels for any use ..
4 x 1024 are center sim and sand and grass , 2560 L monthly 319 prim , can custom make parcels for any use ..
4 x 2048 are sand and grass , 5120 L monthly 684 prim , can custom make parcels for any use .. some near water and can be beach side with waves as well ..
I may bonus the prim count in the sim ..
prices are workable and i can join parcels devide / split
