I have a few large beautiful lots available on the new mainland oceanfront sim of Westbury. If you aren’t ready to take the plunge and buy land yet, this is the perfect place to live while you decide. This mainland sim was one of the last that was created with the beautiful white sandy beach texture that is so popular and versatile.
I have 2 plots that are 8192m each with 1875 prims. The rent is $ 4000L per week each or $14900L per month. These two plots are adjacent to one another and right on the waterfront with a gorgeous beach and a clear water view. I own all land right up to the border of a currently empty linden ocean sim. As such, this area is perfect for boating and you can launch your watercraft right from your beach.
Each plot is mostly flat and as a result is a snap to build on. If you have an extremely ambitious project, I am happy to join the two 8192m plots into one mammoth 16384m plot. Rent on that will be $29000L per month.
Since this is a mainland rental, you do not need to "buy" the land or provide deposits. All you need to provide is rent. You will need to join a group and will be granted rights to edit terrain, rename your parcel, and manage access and ban lists etc. In addition, I’m happy to add your friends and associates with the above stated rights as well if you desire to share the lot and split the rent. Although there are no formal covenants for mainland rentals, I am looking for individuals with an aesthetic sense who will enhance the beauty of this region.
