Fancy setting up shop near WRONG and Reaction?
Yes I’ve decided to open some commercial space for lease in AlterNation, outside the WRONG main store. This space was previously occupied by Reaction, which has since grown into its own sim next door.
AlterNation is an atmospheric modern urban themed sim with roads, warehouses, and a few residential squatters. Current traffic stands around 3 - 4k. The sim is strictly drama-free and has no campers or bots. The 3 available plots are land only - that is, you’ll need to build or buy a store. I’m looking for merchants who feel comfortable building within this theme, or have a suitable prefab. You’ll need to give me an idea of what you intend to build. The plots are bordered by roads and train line.
This is a great opportunity for new stores looking for space. The 3 plots can also be merged for one large store if required. I’ll probably also open some more space in future.
