I have one full prim sim for rental or sale, its a class 5.
The sim can be rented for 420 usd per month or equivilant lindens, you would be given total controls you make your own covenant. land resale not allowed with this option,,sub leaseing is fine,
The sim can be purchased for 1300 usd or equivilant lindens and tiers paid to my company at a rate of 350 usd per month,,,the purchase price includes the first months tier free.
Again you would be given total control and rights of use to the sim.
Land sale is allowed with this option subleasing etc.
