Hey. I have 2912's and 3136's for sale. They are commercial/residential and have an object bonus of 1.3. 3136 has 932 prims and a 2912 has 866 prims. 2912 is 11,700 and has a montly tier of 5,800/month. 3136 is 12,600 and has a montly tier of 6,200/month. IM PhoenixPhire Aeon for more info.
