Sim name is Elysium and it has no attached neighbours giving you full privacy if you so wish. We have had clubs, malls, gaming etc on the sim along with homes and the performance has always been excellent.
Monthly tier is due on the 14th per month and we would like to get a sale completed asap before tier is due again. We are therefore open to sensible offers in the region of $1000 and can complete immediatley.
