I have several standalone openspaces for rent currently. The price is 31050 L$/month. No buy-in, just rent.
You'd pay prorated rent for June, which is about 21000 L$ as of June 9. This is the only payment due in June, next rent is due on the 1st.
Don't go with fly-by-night landlords that have sprung up with the price drop. I've been doing this a while. I'm not just testing the waters, like some of them might be.
