I've been looking around and here is what I would really like.
Just a simple plot on a pretty peice of land. Please have at least one well designed and attractive public area, proper setbacks so people aren't living on the edge of everyone's else's land, no commercial areas allowed and a reasonable length of time in SL renting land. No massive upfront deposits or bizarre terms (such as I must pay the landlord directly and thus have no method of proving I actually did pay and no box to ascertain my time left without counting days myself.)
I'm guessing this is difficult to obtain since I've looked and looked and I can't find anything yet. I'm not picky about mainland versus island (provided there are no add farms near it and/or there are pretty screens to protect against such. I don't care if it's PG or Mature. I don't need a house nor sixteen sexgen products.
Just..a place to call home. If this fits anyone's land please let me know by IMing me in-world. And thank you.
