SAMOA is an established sim with property that rarely comes up for sale. I had owned most of the land in Samoa and am selling it off. I have 2 nice lots next to established stores one that yields traffic in excess of 7K per day. Other stores average 80 to 200 per day. My main store is still there.

Samoa is next to 2 info hubs as well. A private German info hub as well as the Linden Ross Info hub.

Lot 1 - Nice for mid size store:

I have a few other lots that can be used to pool extra prims.
