Hi there. I'm offering to rent out a full sim (65536sqm 15,000 prims) for 315 USD a month. (315 to export) Today in Lindens that is 89,765L. I can do Lindens or Paypal.
[This is a Class-5 Private Island with nothing connected to it... NO lag!]
You can get up to 8 people added to estate manager (10 is SL limit and there are 2 land admins)
You can resell/re-rent (I will need to be contacted if you plan on reselling/re-renting so I know who to contact for rent).
You can subdivide
You can do whatever you want as long as you don't violate the Second Life TOS.
(Meaning no nasty Covenant).
Price is negotiable, but your probably not going to get much lower since this is practically the tier costs. ;p There is no upfront fee, only the rent, so do yourself a favor if your interested in a sim and save close to 1,000 dollars renting.
