You see an ad for a private sim for $15,000 down and $32,000 a month. Sounds great, but is it?
You just paid $50 USD for a sim and will have to stay there for 5 months before it's paid for, but at $120 a month tier, what's to keep you from just walking away from the original $50? Still sound good?
Consider this; You will now pay $20 more a month on that sim, forever, so you're paying for that sim over and over again! But, you have built a name for yourself, traffic is up, and you don't want to move... you're stuck! So you are happy with the location, but is everyone?
Say 5 out of 10 people who just bought, didn't do as well and bail out. Now the reseller is saddled with the cost of 5 sims and ongoing tier that he can't pay. What's to stop him from panicing and dumpng all his sims to keep from going in the hole even deeper? Now you lost your $50, which was no big deal, but you also lost your location and have to start over again. Is this really wise?
Maybe paying at least cost from a reputable and ethical realtor is good insurance and smart business! Don't get taken... Buy Smarter!
