A number of lots (currently occupied by Elric Anatine, Pipsqueak Fiddlesticks and Samantha Glume) are available for occupancy on Caledon Wellsian (a Full Region estate sim).

This is an excellent opportunity for a person or group of individuals who wish to occupy some continuous Caledon land or just an individual parcel. The land in question is of two types: Waterfront and Secluded Mountaintop. The lots are double prim, meaning that there are twice the prims that would otherwise be available for a lot of that size. The land itself may be modified according to private estate limitations (+/-100 m).

Available lots are situated along a main Caledon waterway bordering Caledon Middlesea, with one lot quite private inland. This region is excellent for boating and sailing enthusiasts, yet these lots also afford considerable privacy.

Prices are exactly what were originally paid and according to Desmond Shang's fees (original notecard below for reference as well) plus the equivalent of time still on the meter:

Double Prim 512m lot, 234 prims: $L 6144 land fee, $L 450/week (tracks 7.50 USD/mo.)
Double Prim 1024m lot, 468 prims: $L 12288 land fee, $L 900/week (tracks 15.00 USD/mo.)
Double Prim 1536m lot, 702 prims: $L 18432 land fee, $L 1350/week (tracks 22.50 USD/mo.)
