- You don't need a premium account to own land on a private sim. Payment throuhg Paypal or in L$.
- Tier fee : only 0.42 L$/sqm/week. THE CHEAPEST TIER FEE ON SL, EVEN CHEAPER THAN MAINLAND !!! This tier is separate from mainland tier so owning this land won't cause your mainland tier to increase.
